Today we became 'Food Detectives' with Cancer Focus NI. We had to decide which were good and bad foods with the bad foods being placed inside the crime scene. Next we used the traffic light system to rate healthy and unhealthy foods, and then we counted out the amount of fat, sugar and salt in different foods. We were excellent detectives!
