P4/5B and P5M 'Getting the balance' right with "Food and Fitness" Programme - Dairy Council NI
On Thursday 20th October our classes explored the benefits of a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. We took part in a Food and Fitness rap and worked creatively to music and movement!
Everyone enjoyed this energetic visit with visitors from the Northern Ireland Dairy Council.
