Daniel has been teaching us Fundamental Movement Skills. This week our focus was balance. First we had to balance using different body parts. Then we balanced a bean bag on our head as we moved around the hall. Daniel challenged us to sit down and stand up again, without the bean bag falling off! It was no problem for the athletes in P2K.
