First we watched the movie 'Inside Out' and had a delicious healthy snack. After break we did some cosmic kids yoga for relaxation. After lunch nurse Emma came into our class to talk to us about our mental health and how to look after our feelings. Nurse Emma then showed us some breathing techniques and stretches to try out.
