October Fun in Mrs Keaveney’s Nursery Class
October was a very busy month in nursery. We were learning all about autumn, spiders and Harvest. We collected toothpaste and toothbrushes for harvest and talked about how these would help people who weren’t able to buy them.
We loved that we were able to play in our new playground now that all the work is done, even though we miss watching all the diggers out the window. We’ve loved flying round on the trikes and scooters and playing with our new water pump tray!
We’ve have had lots of visitors this month, Poppin Pilates, Jo Jingles and our P6 buddies. Our favourite visitors were our grown ups who came for our first stay and play. For our Gruffalo Trail we all walked to Oakfield Glen looking for animals and numbers, filling our sticker sheets on the way. When we got to the middle of the Glen we found our P6 buddies who had hot chocolate and cookies for us! We loved all walking back together.
