November in Nursery

1st Dec 2019

It's been another exciting month with lots of learning experiences in nursery. We have been outside in all weather.☔️💨❄️ We have learnt that the wetter the better! We sang and danced in the rain and had so much fun digging in the mud. We also love jumping in the mud. Lots of washing for you but the children have had the best fun and are developing our gross motor and problem solving skills as we tried to get unstuck from the mud!🙈

We have been learning about how to cross the road safely and keeping safe in the darker mornings and evenings🌒. It was a treat to have Nikki, our crossing patrol visit us.🚦

we've developed our personal, social and emotional skills through looking after Miss Polly's dolls. We bathed then and cared for them when the were sick! 🏥

Archie the corn snake visited us! We were super brave! We learnt lots of facts about snakes. We were fascinated when we saw the skin that he shed. It was even longer than us! We used our gentle hands as we passed it around.
