Many thanks to Nicola and Karen from Monkstown Dental for visiting our nursery classes today. They showed us how to brush our teeth properly, how much sugar there is in some of our favourite drinks and sweets
(no more haribo!!) and what happens if we don't brush our teeth!! We had fun guessing which foods were ok for our teeth
and which foods we should only have a little of 
!! Then we showed them our lovely smiles
!! The boys and girls really enjoyed this visit and loved their little gift bags! Thank you both so much!
Boys and girls make sure you tell your mums and dads how many teeth you have and what else you should brush as well as your teeth!!
