P4G have had a great week exploring ways to improve our mental health. We made Worry Monsters - we tell them our worries and the monsters eat them up. We had a great time at the 'Inside Out' movie yesterday and enjoyed our healthy snack. Today we wrote about what makes us feel like the characters in the film. Then we enjoyed a great session from Ryan at Uplift. The week has left us feeling happy!
