It is hard to believe it is already May! Over the next few weeks we will be having teachers from the Primary school visit nursery with their classes. We are really looking forward to meeting them, getting to know them and learning from them as they share a bit about life in Oakfield Primary School.
This week Miss Logan and her Primary six class visited. We were entertained by the musicians and everyone sang 'I’ll tell me Ma’. Maybe that will be us playing the flute or violin in a few years! Wouldn’t that be great?
We were also visited by Mrs Thompson and the the Primary seven children. They dramatised the story of ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’. We especially liked the sound effects! The children shared lots of happy memories about their 8 years in Oakfield Primary School and Nursery Unit.
