Nursery have had lots of festive fun!
We especially enjoyed our Christmas Cracker Day’, with our P6 buddies. We had a visit from Santa and Mrs Claus and also made edible Christmas trees, bagged reindeer food and enjoyed games in our outdoor area.
We watched ‘The Gingerbread Man’ cartoon and then decorated and ate our very own gingerbread men!
The very cold weather provided us with lots of learning opportunities. We went on a frozen leaf hunt and then sorted and counted the leaves. We also left water in our tray and were amazed when it was ice the next day. We used our senses to explore and describe it. We also had lots of fun smashing the ice!
