Lots of P7s braved the cold weather this week for our first Cycling Proficiency Session. We were learning how to start off, slow down and stop safely, along with all the correct hand signals and lifesaver looks. We also practised the cycle control test - it is really important to use our brakes for this one. Keep practising P7, and well done on a great first week!
