Another busy fortnight in Mrs Baker and Mrs Keaveney’s nursery room. We have been thinking about winter and have had fun becoming polar explorers in our igloo. We filled pipe cleaners with cereal to feed the birds in the cold weather and fed ourselves with lovely chocolate snowmen. We have had lots of winter themed table top activities – making ‘ice-cream’ sundaes, a sweet Arctic landscape and ‘icy’ play dough! We enjoyed learning about hopscotch outside and loved blowing bubbles into paint and water to make ‘bubble pictures’. We had musical fun with a visit from Jo Jingles and more cake!! Have a lovely weekend boys and girls ready for more fun on Monday!
